About the Journal

     Salale Journal of Business and Economics, in short form “SJBE”, is an open-access peer-reviewed journal which is officially launched in 2024. SJBE is hosted by the College of Business and Economics, Salale University. Its articles are available both online and in print. SJBE is a biannual Journal that has two issues per year in a volume that is published in January and June each year. SJBE aims to undertake and promote scientific research in the business and economics areas. It provides an outlet for research works by scientists, academia, practitioners, doctoral scholars, and postgraduate students concerned with the impact of science, behavior, and the innovation process on industrial, economic, and social development. It brings publishing to the doorstep of every emerging researcher, particularly in developing countries and the world in general. SJBE is an interdisciplinary journal that is devoted to publishing high-quality, latest, and valuable original research articles and reviewing articles in the fields of Business and Economics. The journal invites original scholarly empirical, theoretical, and review articles from different parts of the world and disciplines in view to advance the depths of knowledge related to accounting, finance, taxation, audit, development economics, economic policy, natural resource economics, management, leadership, business policy, strategic management, public administration, public policy, logistic, supply chain, marketing, tourism, hotel, innovation, entrepreneurship, change management, resource management, and the likes. Manuscripts originating from other directly related areas can also be accepted based on their direct relevance to the scope of the journal.
